One Pot Quick Taco Dinner

Ingredients
2 lbs 97% Lean Ground Beef1 box Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice (may use white rice)2 cups Water2 T Flax Seed Meal (optional)1 package Ortega Taco Seasoning, 6 tbsp
Directions
In large skillet, brown grown beef.
Drain when cooked.
Add Taco Seasoning, Rice and Water.
Stir.
Let simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in Flax seed meal.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Cover and let cook until cheese melts.
Makes approximately 8-10 1 cup servings

Good to serve with black beans and rolled in tortillas or with tortilla chips. Be sure to add this to calorie count.
