1 Tenderflake All Vegetable Shortening Pie Shell6 Large egg whites1 cup chopped onions raw1 Dash ground black pepper1 Tsp ground tumeric1 Tbsp raw parsley5 Cups chopped zucchini w/ skin raw2 Cloves raw garlic2 Tbsp fresh basil1 Tsp ground oregano1 cup Light Double Cheddar shredded cheese
Pre Heat oven to 400
Whisk all egg whites and add in remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into thawed pie shell
Cook for 45 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked and fork comes out clean.
Cut into 8 and serve
