Ingredients
ground beef, lean, browned 2 large carrots chopped 1 cup chopped celery I large onion, diced 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes 2 cups lentils 2 cups chickpeas 6 cups water
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain & rinse fat. Saute vegetables in dutch oven for 5 minutes until tender. Add ground beef and tomatoes, lentils and chickpeas. Simmer until hot. Freezes easily. Serves 8 - 1 cup servings.
