Zippy Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

Onions, 1 mediumTomato Sauce, 1/2 canStewed Tomatoes, 1 can Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup in slicesOregano, ground, 1 tspChili powder, a dashOlive Oil, 1/2 tbsp White Wine, 2 oz Thyme, a dashWorchester sauce, a dashButter,1 patGarlic, 3 cloves Red Thai Chillis - 2 small Salt, . 1 tsp or to tastePepper, black, .5 tsp or to taste
Add the olive oil and wine to a saucepan. Saute the onions 10-12 minutes until translucent. Add in the canned tomatoes and tomatoe sauce after the onions appear to be reasonably cooked. Add finely chopped garlic and red thai chiillis {If you like so spice things up!} Simmer and let reduce on low heat for about 30 minutes or until it reaches a desired consistency .{IThe sauce can also be thinned with more water or wine} Add in spices such as salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and chilli powder to taste and stir. Splash in the mushrooms and let simmer for another 10 minutes or until the mushrooms look done. Add a bit of butter at the end to give the sauce a nice sheen and flavor. Serve with pasta noodles and enjoy!
