5 Bean Salad - Marinated

Ingredients
-3 14.5 oz cans cut green beans-3 14.5 oz yellow wax beans-1 15 oz can Eden Organic Black Beans-1 15 oz can Eden Organic Kidney Beans-1 15 ox can Eden Organic Pinto Beans-3 cups chopped onions-1 1/2 cups chopped bell peppers - various colors-2 1/4 cups Splenda-2 cups cider vinegar-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil-1/2 cup canola oil-1 tbsp salt-1 tbsp celery seed-1 tsp pepper
Directions
-Drain all cans of beans & combine with onion & bell peppers.
-Add remaining ingredients & toss.
-Marinate in the refrigerator at least overnight.
-Toss again before serving.

Makes 24 1 cup servings.

Gets better with age.
