Applesauce Meatloaf

1 cup 93% Lean Ground Beef2/3 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain4 oz Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened)3/4 cup Milk, 2%1 tsp Salt1/4 cup Onions, raw2 tbsp Parsley1/2 tsp Basil1/4 Catsup2 tbsp Brown Sugar1 tsp Yellow Mustard
Combine all ingredients, except catsup, brown sugar and yellow mustard in a mixing bowl. Pat lightly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour out liquid. Combine catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon onto meatloaf and bake for 10 - 15 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. However, I think there is an error in the way it is written. I don't think you meant two write "1 cup" of ground beef...Otherwise, the taste of it was really good. I changed some of the ingredients. 2/3 cup crushed wheat crackers instead of bread crumbs... - 1/13/14
