Ingredients
* Roasting Chicken, 4 lbs * Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) * Carrots, cooked, 10 carrot * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Celery, raw, 7 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") * *Powered Chicken Broth Low Sodium Chicken Gluten Free, 3 TBSP * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Spices to taste: Lemon Pepper, Old Bay, Garlic Powder.
Directions
Boil chicken in water. De-bone chicken, then add cut veggies, broth, and spices.
