Homemade French Toast (1 slice)

Ingredients
6 eggs1 1/3 cups non-fat milkLoaf of bread (~24 slices)Nutmeg (2tsps or to taste)Cinnamon (2tsp or to taste)
Directions
Ideally, let the bread sit on the counter until slightly stale. this will make for a much easier time when dealing with batter-soaked bread. If you don't have stale bread, lightly toasted bread will do just fine.

- Make batter
- Dip bread
- Cook batter-dipped bread on non-stick (lightly oiled) pan.
- enjoy. :)
