Carabasa Muffins

Ingredients
1 t ground cloves6 T flour4 T raisens2 egg whites (beaten)2 t cinnamon2/3 C powd skim milk (dry)3/4 t ground ginger1 t baking soda1 t vanilla1/2 C grated carrot12 packages Equal1 rounded C squaxh (cooked)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Combine eggs and vanilla, then add dry ingredients, carrots and raisens. Spray "Pam" into 12 muffin cups. Pour batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes. Store refrigerated.
