Beef & Black Bean Enchilada Cassarole

Ingredients
7 oz Ground beef1 cup Black Beans3/4 Cup Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce6 Mission Extra Thin Corn Tortillas1/2 Cup Reduced Fat shredded cheese1/2 cup Rotel
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef drain. Add Rotel, Black Beans, 1/4 cup of cheese 1/4 cup of Enchilada Sauce set aside. Add 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce to the bottom of a small pan. Layer with half of the tortillas. Add the beef mixture and then top with remaining tortillas. Spread last 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce on top of tortillas and then add the remaining cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
