Turkey/Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, lean1 lb ground turkey3 eggs3 TBS grated parmesan cheese3 garlic cloves, crushed3 TBS red wine1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 TBS parsely flakes1 tsp red pepper flakessalt and pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands to combine. make about 28-30 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Fry in pan with 1 Tbs olive oil until nice and brown on all sides...add to sauce.
