I substituted olives for the mushrooms since DH will not eat them, but I wanted the textural element. This was really good. We had guests over and everyone loved it. - 4/24/08

I saw someone used Basil, Thyme, and Oregano with an extra can of tomatoes, due to not having Ragu. How much of these spices should I use, if I want to do the same? - 2/6/10
