Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

    18 Lasagne Noodles, Cooked
    3 Cups Ricotta Cheese
    4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided (2 X 2)
    2 Large Eggs
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
    1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    6 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
    3 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
    Salt & Pepper To Taste


Bring a large pot of water to a boil & cook lasagne noodles about 10 minutes. In a large bowl combine cheeses, eggs & seasonings, set aside. Brown the hamburger & pour off excess fat. Add the sauce to the beef. Lay each noodle one at a time. Spread about 3 Tbsp. of the cheese mixture on each noodle then roll up. Lay each bundle seam side down into 2 greased 9 X 13-inch pans. Pour prepared sauce over all, cover tightly with aluminum foil & bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven & sprinkle on the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella. Return to oven uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. You can do half at a time. Omit halt the noodles & spaghetti sauce & freeze the cheese mixture.

    I have made this and it was great!!! I already have various ideas with this concept. Maybe use spinach and feta cheese or you can even make something sweet out of it. :) - 12/20/07
