Ingredients
1.5 Lbs - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1/4 Cup - College Inn Thai Coconut Curry Chicken Broth2 cups - Fresh Sliced Mushrooms2 Tbs - Olive Oil1/2 Cup - Badia Mojo marinade1/2 Cup - 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk3 tsp - Minced Garlic1 Can - Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Can - Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil. Put Mojo Sauce, Chicken, Garlic, Thai Curry both, chicken, and any other spices you may want in slow cooker for an hour. Then add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 5 - 8 hours.

Serve over brown rice or as a main dish with a side of veggies.
