Baked Italian Sausage, Chicken & Asparagus Marinara (no pasta)

2 skiness/bonless chicken breasts (196g)1/2 large red onion, raw (175g)8 spears asparagus, fresh*1 large red tomato, fresh*3 cloves garlic (12g)
1. Lightly grease 1 small-medium baking dish.
2. Chop 1/2 of a large red onion and line the bottom of the dish.
3. Cut 1 large tomato into think slices then cover the onions on the baking dish.
4. Cut the hard bottoms from asparagus spears, trimming down to about 5 to 6 inch length, layer on top of the onions
5. Rinse the chicken breasts (*lightly season with mediterranean herbal sea salt mix), layer on top of the asparagus.
6. Chop 3 cloves of garlic into fine pieces, spread on top of the chicken breasts.
7. Pour 1/2 cup of Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic Meat Sauce on top
8. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, place in 375 degree pre-heated oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes
