Egg, fresh, 6 large Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluidCollards, 2 cup, chopped - I use freshly cookedCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, dicedScallions, raw, 3 mediumGarlic, 1 cloveBacon, 4 medium slices, cooked
Preheat yoru oven to 350 degrees, and grease an 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
Mix together the eggs and cream.
Dice and add all the other ingredients and add to the egg mixture until your greens are well distributed.
Pour into your greased pie pan and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
