Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (and water to make them with)1/4 cup of skim milk1/4 cup of canned pumpkin (I use Libby's)1/4 TBSP Raw honey (or more/less to taste)1/4 TBSP Allspice (or more/less to taste)1/2 TSP Cinnamon (or more/less to taste)
Boil some water and pour over the plain oatmeal (or make it like you normally would with hot water). Add skim milk and raw pumpkin and stir together. Add honey, cinnamon, and allspice - feel free to alter the amounts listed in the ingredient list, those are just my personal preferences. If by this time the oatmeal has cooled down, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat it back up. Enjoy!!!

This is one of those recipes that you can make SO many variations on! If you don't like honey, use brown sugar or an alternative sweetener if you don't want real sugar. Add more or less spice, maybe nutmeg if you like, depending on your taste preferences. Make it with applesauce or a different base other than pumpkin if you like!
