Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2/3 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .2/3 cup, unthawed Raspberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2/3 cup unthawedTofu, firm, 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup *Splenda, 4 tsp
Use a Hand Blender container: add tofu and milk - blend till smooth.
I bought a mix of three fruits frozen unsweetened with Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries. I measured 2 cups and added it to the blending beaker a little at a time and blended till smooth. Add Splenda and blend till incorporated. Drink and enjoy. This adds 17.2 grams of protein per serving. Get your straw and Drink and enjoy.
