Multigrain Hot Cereal with Banana & Walnut

Ingredients
2 cups cold water2/3 cup Hodgson Mill Multi Grain Hot Cereal with Milled Flaxseed and Soy1 large banana, chopped1/3 cup walnuts, chopped4 packets Splenda
Directions
Cook cereal in cold water according to package directions, stirring often and watching closely so it doesn't boil over. It takes about 5 minutes total. Remove from heat. Add banana, walnuts and Splenda. Stir well. Divide equally in 3 bowls and serve or cover and refrigerate for later. Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.
