Easy Breakfasts-Sausage Gravy

12 oz pork sausage1/3 cup all-purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper3 cups milk
Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned and starts to crisp, stirring frequently. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
With a whisk, blend flour into the sausage drippings until starts to brown. Gradually blend in milk, salt and pepper. Stir in sausage and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Serve over warm biscuits.
Makes 6 servings.
