Ingredients
2 medium red yams- grated1 tsp cumin seed2-3 arbol chillies or 1 serano chilli - minced1/4 cup cilantro leaves1/2 tsp cumin powdersaltsugar 1/4 tsp (optional)Ghee- 1 T
Directions
heat ghee
add cumin seed, let crackle,
add minced green chilli, saute 2-3 min
add 1/2 of the coriander leaves.
add cumin powder, salt and sugar
add grated yams, mix , cover and cook 5-10 min
garnish with coriander
