Vegetarian "Meat"loaf

Ingredients
1/2 (14 ounce) package vegetarian ground beef (e.g., Gimme Lean TM)1 (12 ounce) package vegetarian burger crumbles1 onion, chopped1 medium carrot, diced2 stalks celery, diced2 eggs, beaten1 teaspoon salt1/3 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon ground sage1/2 teaspoon garlic powder2 teaspoons prepared mustard2/3 cup plain bread crumbs1/3 cup milkTopping:3 TBS Ketchup3 tsp Mustard1/4 c brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl combine vegetarian ground beef, vegetarian ground beef crumbles, onion, carrots, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, garlic powder, mustard, oil, bread cubes and milk. Transfer to a loaf pan and press in firmly.

Add topping: Mix ketchup and mustard together, and sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Bake 45 to 60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing into 8 equal pieces. Serves 8.
