Wild Rice and Chicken soup

Ingredients

Directions
put chicken, minced garlic and onions in large stock pot, and cover with water. Boil chicken until cooked all the way through-approximately 15-20 minutes (depends on if chicken is frozen). Remove chicken, set aside to cool. Add wild rice and broth (and some water if needed), bring to a low boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. While rice is cooking use 2 forks to shred the chicken. Add spinach to rice, let cook for about 5 minutes, add chicken back and add water as needed to make as much broth as you prefer. Add spices and simmer for 10-15 minutes until everything is heated through.
