Ingredients
9 reduced fat Triscuit crackers1.5 oz Boar's Head Maple Turkey, cut into 9 pieces1.0 oz (2% milk) Swiss Cheese, cut into 9 piecesapprox. 1/4 cucumber, sliced into 9 piecesapprox. 1/3 apple, sliced into 9 pieces
Directions
Make miniature open-faced sandwiches using one Triscuit cracker as the base. Layer with turkey, cheese, cucumber, and apple. Delicious! One serving makes 9 mini sandwiches.
