Pepper Stir Fry

- mix of yellow, red, orange, green bell peppers-small chopped onion-one chopped zucchini-brown rice-white rice-chicken broth-sesame seed oil-vegetable oil-mae ploy sweet chilli oil
Cook 1 cup brown rice + 1/2 cup white rice in a quart of chicken brother.
Meanwhile, stir fry the onions, zucchini, and pepper in a wok or pan in the vegetable oil & sesame seed oil. When vegetables are just getting soft, add the sweet chili oil and lower heat to keep cooking until rice is ready.
Mix in rice and turn up the heat while everything mixes together.
