3/4 lb. Ground beef, lean1 lb. Chicken Breast, ground14.5 oz. can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes - Garlic & Olive Oil1/2 c. Hunt's Ketchup1/2 c. Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, diced finely1/2 c. Carrots, raw, diced very finely1 c. Onions, raw, diced finely1 T. Yellow Mustard2 T. Worchestershire Sauce1 T. vinegar
Add very finely diced veggies, beef, and chicken to a Dutch oven. Brown beef, seasoning meat as desired. Drain grease off. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer the meat simmers, the better it will taste, and the thicker the meat mixture will get. I usually simmer for two hours.
