Ingredients
Boneless and skinless chicken breatssonionbell peppergarlicricetomato saucesaltcanola oil
Directions
Sautee onion, bell pepper, and garlic with canola oil. Than add chicken and brown in sautee. Then add tomato sauce. Add water, and bring it to a boil. Add rice and salt. Once water has dried up cover and bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 inutes
