Ingredients
Ingredients:Whole Wheat Flour, 0.50 cup (remove) Salt, 1 dash (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) add salt and water. Kneed until dough is smooth and elastic. If dough is hard wet hands and kneed some more. if dough is sticky add a little more flour and kneed some more. pinch off a handfull of dough. roll into circle on lightly floured counter. cook on stove top in dry tawa or cast iron pan. when bread changes color almost translucent or non doughy flip to other side. cook until bubbles form but underside is not burnt. flip again cook until bread puffs up. this is very tricky in getting the temperature right and not burning the bread.
