Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz (remove)*Becel Omega 3 Margarine, 2 tsp (remove)Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 3 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbspCumin, 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown 2 packages of ground beef in margarine and onions. Once the meat is caramelized add 2 cans chicken broth, ½ cup of barley, 3 stalks of chopped celery, 3 chopped carrots, 2 big cans of stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper and cumin powder to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45minutes.
