Swanson 100% Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 large cansEgg Noodles, 3 cup (or 2 handfuls)Carrots, raw, 4 medium choppedCelery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (chopped)Onions, raw, 1 medium (chopped)Water, 1 Swanson canParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Microwave or grill chicken breast until it is tender, Dice Chicken Breast, carrots, onions, celery and add to stock pot with chicken broth. Cook until vegetables are tender...about 30 minutes on medium heat. Add water seasonings and noodles and cook until noodles are tender...about another 20 to 30 minutes depending upon the thickness of your noodles. This soup is so low call you can have a piece of home made bread with it and still feel good about it.
