Ingredients
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 15 oz. can light red kidney beans or other beans of choice1 Tbs. chili powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
fry and crumble ground beef til pink is gone. While beef is frying, mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans and seasoning in pan and heat over medium heat. When beef is done, drain thoroughly and add to tomato mixture. Heat thoroughly and serve. Makes 4 generous servings.
