Quinoazucchinipepper (red and/or yellow)tomatocheesebalsamic vinegar
Directions
makes 5 large servings. will serve up to 10 as a side.

bring quinoa and water to boil. simmer for 10-12 mins with lid on. turn off heat, but leave on burner for 4-5 mins. fluf with a fork add all other ingredients chopped.
