Butternut squash & sweet potatoes

Ingredients
Butternut squash - 5 cups cubedsweet potato - 2 cups cubed3 leeks sliced thin1 large onion diced3 cloves garlic diced1 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions
In large covered saute pan, sautee onion, leek, & garlic in canola oil until translucent. add salt, squash, & sweet potato. Stir well. Cover pan & let cook on medium low flame until vegetables are soft.
