Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredients
1 Can cream of celery soup4 Chicken breast halves - skinless, boneless1 cup lite sour cream1/2 yellow pepper, diced1 buillion cube1/4 C. wate2 T. cornstarch
Directions
Mix soup, water and builion. Season chicken as desired; poultry seasoning, garlic powder, any combination may be used. Brown chicken in no cal cookiing spray. Place chicken in crock-pot. Pour soup mixture over. Cook on medium for 4-6 hours. 1/2 hour before serving, combine sour cream with cornstarch and add a bit of liquid from the pot. Remove chicken from pot and stir in sour cream mixture and heat until thickened. Serve over chicken. Good with pasta or rice.
