Brussels Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
Gruyere Cheese, 5 oz, shreddedBrussels sprouts, fresh, 24 sprout - finely shredded (I used a food processor's slicing blade)Olive Oil, 1 tbspCider Vinegar, 5 tbspPine Raw Nuts, 4 oz3 T Dijon Mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients, other than olive oil, vinegar & mustard. Shake the three in a jar, and use as dressing to toss into the rest of the ingredients. Add salt & pepper. Eat!
