Spinach Quiche ~by Spooky

Ingredients
Oronoque Orchards 9 Inch Flaky Pie Crust Egg, fresh, 5 largeLight Cream (coffee cream or table cream), .50 cup Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese - 3 ozBaby Spinach Salad, 3 oz ThymeSaltPepper
Directions
Steam spinach in microwave 5 minutes , squeeze out excess water~
beat 5 eggs in a large bowl, add cream & squeezed out spinach.
Add spices.

Grate cheddar cheese into the bottom of the Oronoque Orchards Pie Crust , pour the eggs/spinach/cream mixture over the cheese in the pie plate.

Bake at 400 15 minutes, then turn the over down to 350 & bake another 30 minutes.

This is delicious for supper, & reheated for breakfast or lunch the next day!
