Rice-a-Roni Spanish Rice 1 Pound Ground Beef (or Venison)2 T. butter1 Can Tomato Sauce1 Can Diced Tomatoes (undrained)1 small green pepper, diced (opt.)
Brown ground beef or venison (with green pepper if preferred), remove from pan. Melt 2 T. butter in pan and add rice from box. Brown for 2 minutes (or until lightly browned). Add 2 cups water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and ground beef. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
