Spicy Soba Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Cooked Soba noodles (Annie Chun's) 12 oz.Water-pack Albacore tuna 6 oz.Cider vinegar 2 oz. or to tasteHoney 3 T. or to tasteChipotle-Chile Mayonnaise (Market Pantry Light) 6 T.
Directions
Cook Soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse noodles when done under cold water.

Mix cider vinegar, honey, and chipotle-chile mayo with wisk in bowl; toss in noodles. When thoroughly mixed together, add in the tuna. Tastes even better the next day! Refrigerate promptly of course, and serve cold.
