Dominican Style Egg Salad

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 medium egg white, fresh, 2 large Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Boil eggs for about 10 mins for hard. Peal eggs, cube, mix with mayo, mustard salt and pepper to taste and enjoy. I love this with toasted wheat bread, yum!
