1 pound Ground Turkey1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/3 cup Italian-style bread crumbs1 extra large egg2TBS ketchup3 cloves garlic, minced1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp Kosher salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Position the oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl abd using your hands, combine all ingredients gently but thoroughly. Use a 1-3/4 inch ice cream scoop to form meat balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the meatballs for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are no longer pink inside.
Makes 30 meatballs. Serving size is one meatball.
