Breakfast Souffle

8 slices whole wheat bread, cut into cubes1 lb. cheese grated1 lb chopped lean sausage, cooked9 eggs3 cups whole milk3/4 teaspoon dry mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sit overnight on fridge. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
