Peanut butter and jelly french toast

Ingredients
8 slices whole grain bread4 TBS peanut butter4 egg whites1/2 cup low fat butter milk1/2 cup skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup frozen mixed berries
Directions
mix wet ingredients in large bowl
dredge slices on bread and place them on greased skillet
when the first side is cooked flip over one slice spread 1TBS peanut butter then place second slice cooked side down. continue to cook until done. top with berries.
