Ingredients
16oz 93% lean ground beef3 cups Progresso Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes6oz sliced black olives6oz garlic marinated mushrooms1/2 onion - diced2 tbsp oregano1 tbsp basil2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain and return to heat. Add all other ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

If you don't like big chunks of tomatoes, either use tomato sauce or run the diced tomatoes through a food processor. If you leave them diced you may need to add some liquid to the mix.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
