Chop all vegetables. Heat oil in a big saucepan, add cumin and fry the onion. When brown add nuggets, all vegetalbes and heat. Add all spices and add r cups of water. When the water begjnhs to boil, add rice and cover and then low heat. Keep coveredd until the rice are cooked.
