Deer Herder Pie

Ingredients

1 lb ground venison1 tablespoon olive oil8 small potatoes2 tablespoons sour cream4 tablespoons of light cream3.5 ounces chevre1 can of cut green beans 1.25 cups of frozen corn
pre-heat oven to 350
Make mashed potatoes with the spuds, sour cream, light cream, and Chevre. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Brown venison in frying pan with the oil..place in the bottom of an 8X11.5 inch casserole dish. Season how you like.
Spread the veggies (mixed together) over the meat in an even layer, then use the back of a spoon to spread the mashed potatoes evenly over that.
Bake until you like how brown the potatoes are and serve.
Makes nine pieces the way I cut it...and that is what the calories are set to.
