Scallops, raw, 4 unit in their shellParmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tspButter, salted, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Turn on the oven at 400 F, clean the scallops and keep them in their half shell. Put them in an oven proof plate, sprinkle them with pepper, add 1 tsp of parmesan cheese per shell, add 1/2 tsp of butter on each shell. Put them in the oven from 5 to 8 min, or until the cheese is golden brown. When done removed them from the oven and squeeze lime juice on top. Eat!
