Cold/Swiss Oatmeal (Inspired by Corner Bakery)

Ingredients
1 qt plain nonfagt yogurt1.5 c plain oats, dry1 T vanilla extract1 T almond extract1 T gd. cinnamoncraisins, 1 pkg1 large apple, diced
Directions
Mix yogurt, extracts and cinnamon. Stir in craisins and diced apple. Mix in dry oats (amount is really up to you). Let sit overnight in the fridge; the oats will soak up the moisture in the yogurt. Enjoy!!
