Glazed Pumpkin Cookies

2 1/2 c. Flour1 tsp Baking soda1 tsp Baking powder1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 c. Sugar1/2 c. Butter (softened)1 c. Pumpkin (canned)1 egg1 tsp Vanilla extractGlaze:2 c. Powdered sugar3 tbsp Milk1 tbsp Butter (melted)1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease baking sheets.
Combine flour, dry ingredients, and spices.
Mix sugar and butter until smooth, then add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Once smooth, add flour mixture.
Drop by spoonful onto baking sheets and bake 15-18 minutes, until edges are solid.
Glaze:
Mix powder sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Once slightly cooled, drizzle glaze over the cookies.
Makes 36 cookies.
