Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (no sugar, no flour)

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter1 1/2 cup Stevia Extract Sugar in the Raw (cup for cup)1 egg1/4 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup oat bran1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cloves1 cup raisins3 cups oats
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix thoroughly butter, sugar, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch part onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 36 medium sized cookies.
