meal: vegan chilled sweet potato salad

* Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 4 small (remove) * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove) * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * *Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 164 gram(s) (remove) * Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Pecans, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * *Follow Your Heart Veganaise, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
cook sweet potato. cut potato and all other ingredients except pecans. add together with mayo mixed with dijon. add salt and pepper. put in fridge to chill. fold in chopped pecans when ready to serve.
